PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 11, 1998 at 1:30 p.m. in Department B of the Los Angeles County Superior Court located at 1725 Main Street, Santa Monica, California 90401, defendants' Motion to Strike plaintiff's allegations of punitive damages and Demurrer to plaintiff's seventh and eighth causes of action came before the Court. Raimo H. Kassik appeared on behalf of defendants and David Duchrow appeared on behalf of plaintiff.

At this time, the Court denied defendants' Motion to Strike plaintiff's allegations of punitive damages. The Court granted defendants, Demurrer as to plaintiffs' seventh cause of action for Unruh civil rights violations (Civil Code § 51 et seq.) and plaintiff's eighth cause of action for Unruh civil rights violations (Civil Code § 51. 7), without leave to amend.
